Gist infinite loop

When playing records from 9.2 through xlogdump the HEAD code, it goes into an infinite loop.  

At  xlogdump_rmgr.c line 1203, apparently the index tuple size comes back as zero.

I don't think I can disclose the offending xlog file.  Any tips on how to investigate this?
