Bug: Redirect not available even if the page has been published #214

Which version of Skybrud Redirects are you using? (Please write the exact version, example: 4.0.8)

Bug description
If you create a new page. Fill out the fields you need and you press Save and publish - then the redirect field still says that the page has not been created yet.
If i refresh the page the redirect field is activated.
Here the page has been created, saved and published - but the field says that the page needs to be published before i can use the redirect feature.
The issue has been reproduced in older versions of the package in older versions of Umbraco too
