ENH - Subsample data before generating the TableReport #1846
Description
The generation of the TableReport can take a long time, especially for larger tables. If a table contains a very large number of samples, we may want to subsample the table before generating the statistics directly in the TableReport, rather than forcing the user to do so.
If we implement this we need to decide if subsampling should be active by default or not, and in any case it should be very clear (in some way) that the report is generated on a sample of the data.
