Need help flashing does not work

Hello everyone, first of all I'm sorry if I've written in the wrong area but I'm getting a bit desperate.
I bought a Bitaxe from dcentral tech and can't get any further.
I downloaded every driver I need and did everything according to the description and unfortunately it doesn't work. I tried over 10 usb cables on mac and windows.
Unfortunately without success.
I wanted to ask if anyone has the same or at least tips on what else I can do or if someone can give me the exact instructions that worked for him.

Fwiw, you shouldn't need to flash the bitaxe to use it.

If you still want to flash it, I'm going to need some more details to help. What bitaxe do you have? What OS are you on? Does the bitaxe turn on when you attach your USB cable? Does your PC recognize the USB connection? Does it add a serial port?

I have The Bitaxe (1397)

windows 10 // mac sonoma

i have the bitaxe connected via micro usb fan but nothing else turns on when i add the power 5v the fan starts up properly because more power comes through. otherwise no display nothing.
Does your PC recognize the USB connection?

i have installed the drivers CH340 and CP210x but my windows does not recognize the ports
Does it add a serial port?
no

dcentral just told me to do this and install it and unfortunately it doesn't work

Does the screen turn on when you power the bitaxe with the power supply, and USB disconnected?

No screen doesn't turn on

i have written to them unfortunately i only got the answer i have to install these drivers. but as already mentioned nothing is recognized

hello Rain i hope you had a good start into the new year?! thanks for your request and yes it is done after a long search i had to realize that a chip is burnt out.
so nothing can be saved. i have now ordered a new one.

Oh wow, please keep us posted how this comes along. Was it in fact the asic chip?
