Enabling GitHub Pages and viewing docs/index.html as a website

[m3lixir]

I'm following the directions in Step X in the README. I managed to publish on GitHub pages, but I was wondering if I should be seeing something different for the first two URLs in the table below. I was thinking it might have something to do with the fact the README is using workflows?
