I dug around in the actions folder and found what I was looking for. There was a list of markdown files. I was able to complete the course. The course was not really valuable. I was hoping to learn more about Copilot, but instead I spent time in an environment I don't use (I work in the Desktop VSCode on a Mac) and the one thing I learned was a feature that doesn't pop up in my desktop environment (to able to select from a list of possible completions). The whole of this I could have learned from 2 lines on a static web page. Now, I need to find other sources for learning about Copilot. I was hoping to learn something beyond pressing "tab".
