Soundtrack not appearing please help

I am having a lot of trouble getting a custom soundtrack to appear in game. I have tried multiple tools with no success. The instructions are always difficult to follow because no one is being specific enough or giving images or diagrams to visually illustrate the task. Please help me with my problem

I used to have thug pro installed back in the old days, hacking the game and all, but right now I seem to be stuck at the same issue as you, I used to have custom soundtracks in the game and I'll tell you if I can get them going again

Had to make a new account. Could doing nothing with the filenames be causing these problems? I don't like a lot of typing
