Move / recover documents

Hi,

I installed teedy through docker a while back and put some docs into it.
My current user has disappeared, and all the documents are gone in the teedy web interface (and all tags made by that user)
I recreated the user but this did not recover the documents or the tags from the DB.

Is it possible to manually move documents in the DB to another user?
If I check the filesystem it still has a couple of GB of data in there, so I think the documents are still there but not visible in teedy?
