Currently, the only way to play an audio file in Shortcuts is with the “Play sound” action. This method doesn't present any option or media controls. Worse, on iOS it's not possible to stop playback of the audio file once the "Stop shortcut" banner disappears.
I would like this action for shortcuts that play news briefs, e.g., my BBC News shortcut plays the latest five minute news bulletin from BBC World Service.
The action would play audio by providing a URL, or file.
Playback of audio at faster speed would be a nice bonus (float multiplier, e.g., 1.25x).
