@alckasoc just update your docs with what the commands are, your quickstart is not runnable. you can try yourself by cloning the repo and running the command.

We are unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Can you please provide your Python version as well as your pip freeze output so we can find the discrepancy. Thanks!

i deleted the folder i had your project in and am unwilling to try it out again (sorry), but here's my python version and what i did to get the issue

dev $ python3 -V
Python 3.13.2

i installed it by doing

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate

the rest of the commands i ran to get the error are in my previous comment, which others are apparently experiencing

@skilbjo Recent releases of Agent S require python<3.12. If your Python is newer, and in your case it is, then pip will choose the most recent release that matches python>=3.13, which happens to be 0.1.something, which does not support the options you are trying to feed it.

The solution is to use an older version of Python, at most 3.11. You can do that via Pyenv or deadsnakes or whatever you prefer, depending on your distro.
