Extend CentOS testing workflow #559

#558 introduced a GitHub Action to build Simphony-Remote and test its python backend on CentOS.
However, the frontend testing raised some issues, so it was removed from that workflow. This issue should fix these errors and provide a complete workflow, reflecting what is already in place for the Ubuntu platform.
