Show banner if user was logged in previously but got logged out

Description

Based on simonwep/ocular-docker#10 it might be quite confusing if you were logged in for like months (due to session refresh and regular usage) and were logged out for some reason and see no data.

Solution

Show a banner, in case the user was logged in previously, that you were logged out like other platforms do.
