For example with digital wellbeing, if there is no app that can handle that intent, the button should perhaps be absent.

Another example would be for changing the Wallpaper. If the wallpaper picker that the pixel has (com.google.android.apps.wallpaper) is present, that one should open by default. Otherwise it should send the intent that is currently sent, where the user can pick.
