If the user-interface language is right-to-left (e.g., Arabic) and the semantic domains language is left-to-right (e.g., English), then in Data Entry, the layout of semantic domain description and questions should be LTR, but the UI's RTL layout is currently dominating. For example, the sentence final punctuation (periods and question marks) are wrong here:
