Obtaining High Quality Images Through Search

Is it possible to get higher quality images than 120x120 through search? Whenever I use the search function it always returns the correct thumbnail, but I always get a maximum resolution of 120x120.

Heres an example of the behavior:

Still not sure if this is intended functionality or not, but I found a quick workaround that works for me. In order to get a higher resolution image it's possible to just change the specified width and height for the request url. In my case I'm replacing both with 1480.
