Improve clarity of Trim feature and provide in-app tutorial for new users #34

When adding a Trim segment, the UI inserts a red control that can be adjusted. For new users it is not clear what this represents. It seems to indicate the portion of the video that will be removed during export, but this is only obvious to people already familiar with tools like ffmpeg or LosslessCut. This can be confusing because the preview does not reflect the final trimmed result. To make this easier to understand, it would help to add a small help option in the floating bar. Something like a “How it works” button that opens a window with a short tutorial video showing how the controls operate, what trimming does, and how the export will be affected. The tutorial itself could be created using the app to demonstrate its capabilities to new users.
