Steps to reproduce the error

1. Installing Windows XP SP2 to Parallels Desktop v11.2.1.
2. Installing Parallels Tools.
3. Installing One Core API v4.0.4-Hotfix.
4. See three bugs: every time you start Windows XP SP2, Parallels Desktop displays a message about the need to logoff and login again, after which the C: drive for open in the Finder disappears from the OS X Mavericks desktop, and when you switch to Coherence mode, the Windows XP taskbar does not hide. Before installing One Core API v4.0.4-Hotfix, none of the three listed bugs existed.
