Video driver conflict

I know this is a pretty rare case, but I am using One Core on a Dell Inspiron 530, and it doesn't appear to play nice with the display drivers. Once installed the display driver is reduced to using 640x480 at 4 bit color. Attempting to change the resolution back to any setting cause display settings to crash without error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver to no avail. I am also using legacy update on the system.

Drivers: Intel G33/G31 express chipset family.
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66 GHZ

Did you try to reproduce this bug on 4.0.1 version? Because Canary is a bit outdated

maybe ocapi forced PAE to turn on
try to disable it
it may be incompatible with some drivers

...but maybe if it's be pae problem
you will get BSOD? 🤔

This problem constantly occurs in safe mode. I cannot change the display resolution. GPU ATI Radeon 9600.
