Not all letters are born equal

Some letters are more rare than others. We should check some official sources, divide the alphabet in 3 or more subsets and make them as likely to be spawn as they are found in words. This game is not about always trying to find a word for x, k, q and j.

Of course the rareness should affect the score per letter too.
