Exception thrown when registering and running Job on Startup.

I see the following Issues logged in Sentry logs for our TEST deployments. I have never seen it on a development deployment. I am pretty certain we have everything set up correctly.

Background tasks are not setup properly
Could not register background processing job. Shiny uses background processing when enabled in your info.plist. Please follow the Shiny readme for Shiny.Core to properly register BGTaskSchedulerPermittedIdentifiers

Failed to run job startup
Could not create an native instance of the type 'BackgroundTasks.BGProcessingTaskRequest': the native class hasn't been loaded.
It is possible to ignore this condition by setting ObjCRuntime.Class.ThrowOnInitFailure to false.

Error running job ProjectBreatheApp.Maui.Jobs.DownloadClinicsJob No job found named ProjectBreatheApp.Maui.Jobs.DownloadClinicsJob System.ArgumentException async Task AbstractJobManager.Run(string jobName, CancellationToken cancelToken)

The job registration code is

 builder.Services

     .AddJob(typeof(DownloadClinicsJob), requiredNetwork: Shiny.Jobs.InternetAccess.Any)

This is the relevant parts of our info.plist. FWIW I couldn't find the "readme for Shiny.Core"

This does not happen all the time and to be honest I do not believe users will see a problem but I wanted to check that I am not doing something wrong
