It depends on how you setup your dependency injection. At the viewmodel level, at the page level... it is hard to say how far people go here. The very first thing in the documentation (https://shinylib.net/client/ble/manager/) says that you need to resolve/inject/etc an instance of IBLEManager to do anything with BLE. But there is no documentation on how to do this. How?!?! I've dived deep into the sample code, but I have found nothing.
