Add Stable Cascade support

TiledDiffusion runs with SC without errors but doesn't work correctly as it doesn't tile Stage B condition.
Stage B uses latent from Stage C as condition. To make it work with TiledDiffusion latent needs to be cropped accordingly before passing to Stage B.
