When in Turkish, the documentation with big characters has charset issues #2

Hey Jerome,
Just wanted to leave this as a reminder here: when using FreeDOS in Turkish, PGME's documentation with large characters doesn't display Turkish characters properly. Just take a look at the screenshots below, firstly with normal character size in which there are no problems, then in large characters.
As for French, the "À" and "È" characters have also problems in the documentation with large characters, and some French characters are in their default (i.e. small) size.
