Waiting list / found animals

Allow for waiting list and found animals to use the same fields on a full animal records so that when "create animal" is used all the fields are carried over.

We have a found an animal form and an add to waiting list form, however, the information we ask for is information that is available in an animal records specifically but not in a waiting list or found animal record.

This means that when a found animal is added to the waiting list record, not all the information carries over and the same goes for when we then create animal from the waiting list record. This increases admin work as we then have to look back at the submitted form and manually transfer all the information over to the newly created animal.
