Cost tab

Add cost tab to people as well so that reimbursements can be logged.

Perhaps instead of only being able to link an animal this could give the option to link a supplier OR animal.

This will allow reimbursements to a person to be logged on the persons cost tab and linked so they can also be seen from a suppliers record.

Also allow the ability for costs to be added without being associated to an animal. Not all of our costs relate specifically to an animal as food, litter, toys and so on are purchased centrally and often used for multiple animals.
