Autoset adoption fee and hold at import from intake form

We use an form as an intake form for new animals, I'd love it if we could set up a default adoption fee in the back end that is used for adoption checkout, without having to manually go into a cat before sending adopter checkout just to update this.

Also would be good if you could set up an auto hold so any animal that is brought in is on hold for a set amount of days from brought in date. I know you can manually do this but if our forms auto import it can be missed.

The other intake related issue I am experiencing is that Date Brought in is not available as a linked field on online forms and so if an intake form is filled out a few days after the animal arrived in our care, the Date Brought In automatically sets as the date the intake form was filled and then has to be manually updated.

Online forms aren't really intended to replace the add animal user interface, but we could add a date brought in import option. I will add this to the development list.
