Low priority feature request: Display Actions Per Minute (APM) during play

I suppose actions that would count toward this would be:

• valid cursor movement, including each move during a hold of a direction key, but not when you try to say move to the right when you are already all the way right
  -valid swaps, not including when you press the swap button when a swap can't happen
  -valid manual stack raise (1 action per row manually raised, regardless of whether was holding the Raise Stack button)
