Rates in <4 clicks and <10 seconds

During our strategy sessions I put this sticky on the figjam and think we should prioritize work to get to this.

On mobile or desktop, a new user with no wallet connect get can get a rate for popular swap pairs (we should benchmark against BTC to ETH) with as little as 4 clicks and in under 10 seconds (includes all load times).

We have some of the precursors to this in flight, but also want to have this same experience on the mobile app.

From here we can work on the time it takes from connecting a wallet to the time it takes to be able to execute that order. (timer starts when user clicks connect wallet on swapper to the time the first transaction is broadcasted / signed)
