asset page action buttons can misslead users as it looks duplicated

Every time I'm on an account page, I missclick on the top right buttons to send/get the receive address for the currently selected token instead of clicking on the centered buttons row, is there any reasons why we display both rows on this page?

@reallybeard agreed on replacing the top buttons by the asset's related button, and remove the buttons in the content
