Add pause/resume download button so that we can restart the download after connection is lost like power cut or wifi disconnect sometimes

My downloads often go to waste after 99 percent or even 100 percent and I have to redo the whole process again for long lecture videos like 5 hours of video. There should be some mechanism to resume download in the app.
