Troubles updating to Shakapacker v8

Hi,

I am getting the following error after updating to Shakapacker v8:

ActionView::Template::Error (Webpacker configuration file not found /Users/antonio.facciolo/Projects/adNotam/website/config/webpacker.yml. Please run rails webpacker:install Error: No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - /Users/antonio.facciolo/Projects/adNotam/website/config/webpacker.yml):

I was already running Shakapacker v7.2.3 (I have renamed everything from webpacker to shakapacker) and it was working fine.
I have already tried to regenerate the bin stubs and rerun the install task, no change.
I couldn't find where this error comes from, could you give me some hint on that? Thank you for your help.

Now I have found the reason.
I have the gem Alchemy CMS installed (version prior v7.0) and it still depends on webpacker.
That is a conflict, the webpacker gem installed by that gem relies on the webpacker.yml config file.
The solution is to update the AlchemyCMS gem to a version bigger or equal to v7.0.
