Inconsistent results across OS's, with connection failures

I've been facing varying results for this project across different OS's. Running an Arch Linux server running shadowsocks-rust on my home network, the result is that:

• My Android cellphone is able to use Shadowsocks, and is able of SSHing into this same server via its local IP
• With Windows I am also able of using Shadowsocks, but I am not able of SSHing into the server
• With the same laptop, now running Manjaro, I am not able to connect at all.

I would like to note that I have Wireguard configured in each client, but its disabled before trying to use Shadowsocks.
My only hypothesis is that, for some reason, the Wireguard interface on Manjaro is not removing the routes properly, but I wouldn't know how to check that.

As I am unsure what else to do, I am sending the configuration files for each of the clients and the server below.

Okay it seems that I had UDP2RAW running in the background without realizing it, everything works fine now!
