Discuss servo's stance on platform support, in particular if we want to support platforms past the vendor's end of support, i.e. the platform does not receive security updates anymore. Background are recent discussions about Intel-mac and windows 10 support.

Points of interest that might be part of a policy:

• Testability in our CI: support by github actions runners
• Maintainability overhead by continued support of the platform
• We don't have any actual numbers, since servo doesn't have a telemetry feature, so we don't really know how many users wo
• Impact of security vulnerabilities in servo, given an unpatched OS - Do we try to protect users from themselves, or do we just inform users of increased risks.

Discuss servo's stance on platform support

Some kind of tier system may make sense. Supporting platforms that don't have CI support is going to be pretty tricky. But intel mac and windows 10 are pretty widely used (Windows 10 is still 40% of Windows users according to https://gs.statcounter.com/windows-version-market-share/desktop/worldwide).
