tracking: naming inconsistencies (future policy)

The gtk packages introduced some ugly inconsistencies in our naming scheme and will need to be addressed in a future rename/bump (pending vessel + moss support)

• gtk-3mm had to be picked due to existence of gtk-3 package. however we actually had gtkmm-4 which made a lot more sense ....

In future, we'll follow the major branch basis, ie. atkmm-1.6 gtkmm-4, etc. Please edit/list any naming inconsistency issues in repo atm
