Feature Description

I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of #223, I don't think so.

I would like the ability to name/rename my chats in the sidebar. As it stands, If I have many chats, it is difficult to find the one I am looking for.

@MattDHill #223 is regarding to the models, your feature request is UI/API related.
