Email to outlook accounts getting delayed

As mentioned in the title it happens that emails to Outlook accounts (e.g @hotmail.it or @hotmail.com) are getting delayed for no apparent reason. Delays go from some minutes to hours, in few cases hours.

Right now we're on a basic plan an using a custom dynamic template for the email body.
