Yesteday, our group was testing with email sending for the next client project, since the recipents doesn't receive any of those email's feedback (no-reply email). We had a thought that these recipents IP must have been blocked by SendGrid system. Now, one of the team member decide to use IP Access Management's Allowlisted IP and accidentally add an IP Address in the list, before we even warned him to DO NOT.

As the result, we were logged out from the account with no way log back in with our credential.

We already submitted a ticket about the issue just before we were logged out (too!) from the support.sendgrid.com section. 4 hours after, the Twilio-SendGrid support reply our ticket, since we have no way to reply from inside our SendGrid account "Narrada", we replied them by the email notification that has been sent to our Gmail inbox.

Up untill now, we still haven't received definitive answers for our issue by the team.

By making this issues inside SendGrid Github, I do really hope that our issue is seen by another Twilio-SendGrid support team member. (here is our ticket's number: #8595285)

Here is the name of our ticket responder:

  • Mihai Petrovici
  • Ruxandra Andrioae

We have different time zone since Twilio-SendGrid is from PDT and our is from GMT +7 (that's about 14 hours differences)

Thank you.
