Hi all,

I wanted to raise this here for consideration but I understand the trade-offs are important.

I encountered someone using the r-word. I thought it was a use case to provide a link to self-defined. I went to the web site and searched for the full term but found no results. I thought that was odd, so I began looking to quickly contribute a PR to ensure it existed. In searching for the full phrase in the repository, I saw it had been shortened to "r-word" in the list of terms.

Generally, and especially in conversation about it, I am all for this -- I find the usage of the word repugnant and am committed to ending its usage when I come across it.

However, in this case, the lack of a full-term actually hindered me from finding the topic to present it for consideration.

So I'd like to propose adding the full text of the word to the topics list, perhaps as a parenthetical, so that it may be found more easily to achieve its purpose.

If the importance of not showing the full term is the paramount priority, I completely respect that, and feel free to just close this. 👍

@SeanKilleen Thanks for submitting this issue. I definitely think it's a valid one and one I've been grappling with personally.
