Add support for HaldCLUT pattern format

Is it possible to add support for HaldCLUTs PNG/TIFF pattern format? http://im.snibgo.com/edithald.htm
HaldCLUTs used in many image and video editing apps. HaldCLUTs allow easy export color correction form any other applications (those LUTs are just a color corrected PNG or TIFF chart images) and from this point of view they are more flexible than .cube format.
There is huge package of beautiful G'MIC and RawTherapee film emulation LUTs made from real film stocks sources. But these LUTs provided only in HaldCLUT format.
