The current version of php-code-coverage 11.0.6 also shipped with bootstrap.min.js 4.6.2 which is EOL

Bootstrap 4.6.0 is EOL according to blackduck scans and the recommendation is to move to Bootstrap 5.3.3

This is tracked in #1037. I will get to it when I get to it. I fail to see why you are making a big deal out of the fact that an EOL version of a JavaScript library is used. It is used with static HTML that is not supposed to be hosted in an environment where security should be a concern. PHPUnit is a development tool that should only be used in a development environment.
