I think I had the same error. I am not sure anymore and I don't want to roll back my whole setup just for confirmation.
What I had to do was setting the INIT_ORG_XXX environment variables in my backend. I did not do that in the beginning. After that Azure auth was working fine. Especially INIT_ORG_DOMAIN seems to do the trick. I don't think you can set this value in the front end.
I set the INIT_ORG_DOMAIN value to match my email domain.

Can confirm. You have to set add all domain names used for emails as domains in your seatsurfing organisation. Otherwise, you will end up with users, who are not able to log in. "Possibly your account is not activated in this organisation." seems to be the error code when the user doesn't have an email account belonging to the organisation domain linked.
No logs, no instructions. After Azure auth setup get this error.
Possibly your account is not activated in this organization.
