Changing layer opacity in GUI editor changes line color to black.

Editing the Qoliqoli Boundaries layer in seasketch.org/fiji (which is a layer converted from an Esri feature service), I've changed the stroke color from white to red. However, if I drop the opacity below 100% in the GUI editor, the stroke color changes from red to black.
