The chatbot cannot identify some step that exists in the graph

the app is GnuCash 1.0.3
the OB I input is "the app crashed when I tried to create a new account", and selected none of the above every time and input the same OB every time.

the step I want to describe is "create a new account", in the emulator, we can click the plus button to create a new account.

I tried different expressions like " I tried to create a new account", but the chatbot could not identify it. Then I tried "I created a new account", the chatbot can identify this step, but give an incorrect screenshot, see below

However, in the graph, you can see there is one step to create a new account
