Hello world example doesn't work

I just cloned the repo and tried to build the example but my gradle can't find the gradle-jaxb-plugin. Is there something missing on README?

The OpenRepose.org updated version of this plugin is now available in the Gradle Plugins repository and is compatible with JSE7.
