Description

It would be great to use email notification with a variable recipient.
The idea is the users only get notifications for their own requests and not for all requested items.
A variable like ${ITEM_REQUESTER_EMAIL} for mail recipient would send mail for that item only to the user who requested it and not to everyone.

Desired Behavior

User makes a request
Item becomes available
Only this only get a mail notification about this release
