Email Notifications

Any idea why I'm not getting email notifications if when hitting the test button I receive the email properly? The logs don't indicate anything is wrong. I don't see that it was sent from the email and I do get a pushbullet notification. The user settings for notifications seem to show that I should be getting them and the agent is enabled. Updated to the latest.
