Scratch link doesn't see Boost hub #211
Description
Expected Behavior
Lego boost hub should connect to Scratch link without any troubles
Actual Behavior
Scratch link doesn't see boost hub. A lot of checks with OS, drivers, software didn't get any result.
The following changes in the source code of BLEsession.cs got a result.
Decrease MinimumSignalStrength const to -100
and
set Watcher.ScanningMode to Active
