What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. In Advanced Settings tab, hover mouse over Flag sets selection menu
2. Hit mouse scroll wheel
3. Observe that all user-defined preferences are now overridden by a predefined flag set

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This is technically expected behaviour, but it's very easy to lose a carefully crafted game setup this way. So more of a usability issue, as jg18 noted.

What version of the wxLauncher are you using: 0.9.1
