pps_scaling_list_data_present unimplemented (H265 Reolink cameras) #116

Hi all,
thanks of the great work with this repo, it is a godsend when dealing with badly implemented cameras!
I'm trying to interface with Reolink cameras (RLC423, 810, 811), but when I try to open H265 video streams (such as the 4K main stream of 811), I face this error:
