Provide an Ivy bundle for Angular 13+ #26

Since Angular removed the View Engine in Angular 13, would it be possible to distribute an Ivy build to speed up everyone builds time ?

At the moment the library works perfectly fine but the angular-cli still throws a warning regarding the matter:

Obviously, this is a low priority issue, but it would be nice to be able to get rid of this warning eventually.

It seems V3 (ng 13+) is avaialble now. Do you still have this issue?
